I really appreciate your excellent customer
service. My cat Delilah developed a uterine tract infection
(UTI) and was unable to control her urination. It was several days
before I concluded it was not behavioral and a trip to the vet fixed
the infection. I tried an ineffective product bought at PetSmart
without success and then found yours on the internet. I've used two
of the three bottles ordered because I was treating a 3 ft square
area. Spraying seemed slow so I poured Proklean into the palm of my
hands, wearing waterproof gloves, and quickly spread it over the
area in a circular motion. ProKlean is the
best I've used and fortunately I researched the internet and
found it and customers' reviews. Others I used could not reach the
urine stain and were a waste of money. I spent
almost $100 on ProKlean but that's a small price to remedy the
problem.

Super Cat Urine Remover has worked great for
me. I first ordered this product to
clean my brand new mattress that my wife’s cat soiled, and the urine
sat on the mattress all weekend ( we were out of town).
Not only did your product eliminate ALL odor,
but it removed the stain as well. It
was easy to use and a great price. I have since re-ordered multiple
bottles of this product to treat my couch and area rugs. Our cat has
a issue with our daughter and has been soiling our things since her

Thank you so much for your follow up and great customer service. I
haven't had to use the Dog Urine Remover as yet, but already had
experience with the Cat Urine Remover. It was actually used in my
car. I have a Yukon XL and one of my children left the door open.
We didn't notice until morning and when I got in to run some errands
the odor inside made it very clear that some neighborhood cat had
made him/herself very much at home in our car.
We took out the mats and sprayed them with
ProKlean and then treated all the carpeting inside the car. By that
afternoon when I had to travel out of town, the odor was much better
and by the next day it was gone! Thank goodness, especially since
we've only had this car for 6 months! I have had this happen
in my car before and the smell never really went away. Thanks for

We didn't know WHY my cat Chloe all of a sudden was randomly
urinating.. it turns out she has crystals in her urine.. she
was recently put on a special diet & medicine to fix the
problem.. but ProKlean SAVED US!!! It works on EVERYTHING!!!
For example, Chloe had urinated on our
baby's brand new bouncy seat.. I sprayed the ProKlean, let
it sit for 20 minutes or so, washed the bouncy seat &
VOILA!!! Good as new.. (I did this process twice,
just in case, because it is our infant child's seat.. but
after the 1st time it did seem good as new)
So I would say
it performed at 200% for us!!!!! Worth every penny!!!

My three cats for some reason had started using my king size
pillow-top bed as a toilet. I had several large stains on my bed,
and the smell was intolerable. I tried several different cleaners,
and odor removers. They just blended with the urine, making the
smell even worse.
I found the ProKlean website through a Yahoo search, and read
the positive reviews. I was skeptical that the product would be able
to get the smell out. It just seemed too dug in.
I was going to toss the mattress, but I bought
some ProKlean as a last resort.
I purchased the Professional cat urine cleaner, and the
Professional mattress cleaner. We used the Super Cat Urine
Remover first. It could not have worked
better! The directions said it may not work on mattress that
can't be flipped, but it took the smell of the
urine AND the cleaning products out of the mattress.
After that I hit the stains with the Super Mattress Cleaner. It cleaned the stains with no odor. My mattress looks great, and smells like
nothing (which is what a mattress should smell like). No more
cats in my bedroom.

It only took a couple days for it to arrive, I didn't really
know where the urine smell was coming from. It
seemed like it was right at the baseboard of the basement carpet, so there
wasn't really a stain there. I just
sprayed it on and really didn't do anything else.
I didn't do the towel
thing described online and the smell has gone
away. I will definitely keep the product on hand
in case we get the odors back, but so far so good!! Our cat is 14

follow. The product is amazing, I have
had no luck with most other products (Nature's Miracle) the only
thing close to this is Odorzout, but that is a powder.
I have a male Maine Coon who feels he must
spray by my front door because the outside cats come up to the door,
in the past I used to throw out my rugs and replace them, with

Hi Cathy, thanks for asking. The product arrived
within a few days. I used it to remove cat urine from a down comforter.
After letting the product soak in for a while I washed the comforter in the
washing machine. Then I dried it in a dryer with a couple of tennis
balls (to prevent the down in the comforter from getting bunched up) -
and the
result was beautiful! The comforter came out clean
and fluffy - with no smell of cat urine whatsoever! Thanks again for a great product.

I apologize for the delay in response - you know how hectic life can be!! I
would like to share a quick story about my cat, and how I came to ordering
ProKlean.
My cat Shadow has been my baby for 13 years, and in his "elderly"
state he has become a bit senile (my husband seems to think he's spiteful, but
I know it's just age) and from time to time will "pop a squat" on
the carpet to tinkle. He has a tendency of doing this when we're asleep
or in another room where we won't discover him - actually, we usually find out
he's done it after we start to smell it. As I'm sure you probably know,
this is not only too late most of the time, but the smell is overwhelming.
We tried EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to work.
That's when I hit the web and found you guys. The product arrived within
48 hours, and I must admit that I was skeptical, especially when it came to
the directions. I thought, "put a wet towel on it? What the hexx
for???" But, I shrugged my shoulders and gave it a whirl. To
my surprise (and disgust) that towel was covered in stinky orangish spots.
I then mustered up the courage to stick my face right up to the carpet and
take a whiff - and, OH MY GOD the smell was gone!!! I treated that spot
about a month ago, and the smell has not returned!!! Not to mention the fact
that this spot is the cleanest one in the room - ProKlean got the dirt out of
the carpet! I AM THRILLED!!!
The only problem is.....sure I can get the smell out, but Shadow keeps finding

I have
been happy with the results of using your stuff...We
have a brand new couch and chair that were our first furniture purchase in 8
years and they were over $6000 for both of them. We have a one year old male
that is fixed that urinated on each one of them at Christmas time. I tried
everything...Dawn dish soap, Pine Sol ( I know you can't believe it either)
and white vinegar. We originally used white vinegar ( we were told to do so
buy many sources) and what we ended up with was a couch and chair that smelled
like cat urine and .....you guessed it ...white vinegar.
It
took a couple of applications but over all I am pleased with the results.

sit at the computer, the offending cat is cuddled in my lap and she is
forgiven because we know it's possible to clean up after her when she acts
out. The product arrived within 4 or 5 business days...maybe less.
It's really impressive how
the urine seems to peel off on to the towel. Immediately after a recent
soiling (we practically saw her do it!), I used ProKlean on the down
comforter and popped it in the wash. It came out better than the times I've sent it to the dry cleaners for $50! I think it is cheaper than cat behavior
therapy...which she
probably also needs, any ideas on kitty shrinks? Seriously, thanks for helping
to make it a bit easier to love our cat.

No
complaints, it worked pretty much as the instructions on the web
site said it would.
It worked
much better than all the other stuff I tried...repeatedly.
I really like the fact that I
didn't have to dump a bunch of
liquid on my carpet in order to get the smell out. It dries much,
much faster than everything else I tried.
I will whole
heartedly recommend your product to anyone who has to clean up the
kind of mess I had. YUK!!!!
I can sit at my
desk again!!! YEA!! Great product!

The Super Cat Urine
Remover worked very well.
The next time I go to the vet I
will give them ProKlean's web site. They sent me to the pet store
where I wasted my money on the product they recommended.
Also, the delivery
time was very quick. I can’t remember exactly how long it took but I
remember being pleased with how quickly it got here.

We had a cat that
was marking all over a new expensive sofa a couple of years ago. In
the process he also marked a new suit of mine which I haven’t been
able to wear for all of this time. I placed an order for another
product online that was one of those bio-chemical creations that
over time would make the odor disappear with an active enzyme, from
what I recall. Well, it didn’t faze my suit and I used up two
bottles of the product trying to make the sofa less offensive. After
two years it still lingered.
Your ProKlean
arrived promptly as advertised, and I didn’t even wait to properly
read the instructions. I was so interested in what it might do to my
(now old) Pierre Cardin suit and sprayed all areas that reeked of
the old cat urine. As soon as it dried, I put it on and went to work
with it. Any trace of the offensive smell was gone!
I am thoroughly
amazed with the performance of your product. I still have another
bottle ready for any other items that have been retired so that I
can use your magic on everything that we saved.
By the way, the
offending cat is still one of our beloved pets, but has been moved
to our shop where he is as happy as a clam. Removing him from our
other better behaved cats in our home was the solution and now all
three are happy with their separate domains!

My cat was diagnosed with cancer a
few months before she passed away at age 13. As hard as she tried,
she couldn't always make it to her litter box-especially towards the
end. I was left with a ruined, soiled carpet - or so I thought. I
tried EVERYTHING. I saw Proklean on Bob Vila's web site and gave it
a try. I couldn't believe it. I truly though I
would have to replace my carpeting -- but I can no longer smell that
awful urine odor -- it's gone!! Finally, a product that really

“This product was incredible! It worked like
nothing else I've ever tried. Even on areas that had been soiled
repeatedly over the years, it cleaned the stain and the smell.
I put my face right on the carpet and could not smell any urine
odor. I've told my cat-owner friends about it, and plan to order
more to keep around. An extra bonus was that
the cat who does the soiling seemed to dislike the scent of the
cleaner (although it is not at all unpleasant to me) and
stayed away from the areas that had been cleaned (at least for a
while). I spray it occasionally now in the areas where she usually
goes to try to keep her away. I'm sure I'll be ordering more.”

a very strong scent and
took away the problem area I had on my rug
almost instantly. My husband and I both thought the
scent was very nice, powerful, and very happy to see that it

I found
ProKlean after trying several other mass market products that not
only failed to remove urine smells, but were also so perfumed that
it made the smells twice as bad... kind of like walking into a
really old hospital. ProKlean was the
answer I was waiting for. It not only removed the urine smell, but
also the lingering perfume smells from the other products.
It also works beautifully on fecal accidents. Best of all, it's easy
to use. Samantha and I love this product.

"It did the
job, right away! My cat had urinated
in my aunt's bedroom. We had shampooed the carpet twice, sprayed
with Lysol, tried everything we could think of, and it still smelled
TERRIBLE! And even Arm and Hammer Pet Fresh just covered up the
odor; it didn't take it away. But your
Cat Urine Remover did the trick IMMEDIATELY! All I did was just
