Subject: Urine Pooling
I have three cats, the
newest one, Chloe, who we adopted from the SPCA last year,
has a problem being left alone for extended periods of
time. I had caught her urinating in the hallway after I had
been away for a week in October and thought I had cleaned
the spot thoroughly. We were gone 2 weeks back in December
and had friends stay at the house in hopes that Chloe
wouldn't misbehave.
About a month after returning from vacation, I noticed the
strong smell of cat urine while sitting in the family room.
I located the source, which was a large area in the hallway
where I had caught Chloe urinating before. A friend
recommended baking soda, but that didn't work, Chloe and
possibly the other two cats as well continued to urinate on
top of it. I then proceeded to shampoo the carpet, but that
didn't work. I went to
Petsmart and purchased a product called Stink Free, but
after using the product the urine smell was still there.
We blocked off the hallway, and I started my search online
and found your product.
