First of all, thank you for
asking for my feedback. I don't think I have ever bought
anything online before that actually cared what I thought of
their product! I purchased the Urine Pooling product because of
a problem that has been reoccurring in the same spots on the
only carpet in my house (the basement).
I have used so many different
products that have done nothing to remove the smell.

Spot shot,
Rug Doctor Pet Odor Cleaner, a Carpet Cleaner (the
actual machine), a few other "odor removers" from the pet store
and Feliway to keep her from going back.
Nothing
worked. Everything still has that urine smell under the
perfumes they left. I've been desperate! She is one of
two cats that I have had since they were 4 weeks old, and I
could never get myself to give her up.
Anyway, I used the first
bottle of the Urine Pooling solution on spots that I had treated
with other products, and a spot that I found hidden that hadn't
been touch with anything, even water.
Immediately! the pure urine spot was free of smell. Not a trace
of urine, or perfumes. It smelled like water on the
carpet.
They are still in the process
of drying. I have re-ordered to keep
bottles on hand because I know how well it works.
