Orders received before 10 AM PDT Monday thru Saturday will normally ship that day. All orders are processed and shipped on a first come first served basis.

We selected the United States Postal Service because they offer Saturday delivery. One additional day makes a big difference when you are dealing with serious pet urine odors.

Priority Mail is available for a couple dollars more yet typically delivers in about three business days. Parcel Post is slightly cheaper but can take up to seven days for delivery.

Customers will be emailed all United States Postal Service track and confirm updates including the actual day their order was accepted by the postal service.
