Orders are normally processed Monday thru Friday. Orders received before ten am pacific time will normally ship that day. All orders are processed and shipped on a first come first served basis.

We selected the United States Postal Service because they offer Saturday delivery. One additional day makes a big difference when you are dealing with serious pet urine odors.

You may ship by parcel post or priority mail depending on your requirements.

Customers will be emailed all United States Postal Service track and confirm updates including the actual day their order was accepted by the postal system.
