ProKlean™
products are designed for professionals and the motivated individual that can
follow simple instructions.
We want to
develop successful cleaning relationships with all of our customers.
If a
warranted product fails in your initial use we will cheerfully refund your money.
We
require that the returned product be at least seventy five percent full to be
considered for a refund. We feel that a quarter of a bottle is more then
adequate to determine if the product will be successful in your cleaning environment.
In the event that a product needs to be returned the customer
should email customer service within thirty days of purchase.
The following information is required
before we can process a return.
Type of urine and a complete list by brand
of all other
cleaning products (home remedies) including how many ounces of each you used.
Brand names of any upholstery protectors or
waterproofing products.
Customer Service
will acknowledge your claim within forty eight hours in writing and issue you a
return authorization number.
The product must
be returned postage prepaid to the address in the return authorization. Make
sure you
obtain
insurance and proof of delivery as we cannot reimburse you if your return is lost
or if the bottles are returned empty.
Product that has
been diluted or otherwise tampered with is not eligible for a return and will be
assessed a seventy nine dollar laboratory analysis charge.
As soon as the
product return is confirmed by the receiving department the customer will be
issued the appropriate refund minus the original shipping and handling charge.
