Jennifer Acosta Scott

Denver Colorado based Associated Content is a marketing website that earns advertising revenue by publishing publicity generating articles and then having competitors advertise on the target page. The more articles they produce the more traffic they generate and thus earn more income.

Associated Content provides opportunities for uncredentialed writers to publicize their talents. Their operational model is to offer compensation for it’s writers based on how much publicity their articles generate.

Jennifer Acosta Scott purchased one bottle of the ProKlean™ Leather Cleaner on June 22 2007. The product was delivered three business days later to Weatherford Texas 76087.

The first we learned of Jennifer Acosta Scott’s ordeal was on August 09 2007 during a routine interview. Her secret confession came as no surprise. Kindly review the following revelation to see how the truth fights to be free.

"We used a leather conditioner made for furniture (Obenauf's) once every couple of months" "natural preserving oils, beeswax and propolis."

We estimate there maybe as many as six layers of waterproofing agent on Jennifer Acosta Scott's leather furniture at twelve months divided by two equates to six. Frankly we don’t know whether she acquired the Lane leather recliner from Deseret Industries, Costco or a high end furniture retailer.

With just one short truthful email our urine removal experts would have advised her to throw her leather furniture away.

All that Jennifer Acosta Scott had to do to enjoy one of our great ProKlean™ solutions was to remove the numerous layers of waterproofing agent that she had applied.

Don’t Mess with Texas. We have all seen the signs driving east or west on interstate 10.

Are things really bigger in Texas? We are not trying to imply that all Mexicans and all Texans are great big liars. Apparently some individuals don’t realize that there is really no difference between lying and exaggerating as they both are conscious attempts to conceal the truth.

Or the so called professional writer that thinks it’s acceptable to conceal certain key facts in an attempt to encourage a particular point of view. This behavior would not be acceptable regardless of whether the writer was suffering from some undiagnosed psychiatric condition, character deficit or whether this was actually what she was employed to do.

If any honest person has a good reason why this individual would use the names of Jennifer Scott, Jennifer Acosta, Jennifer Acosta Scott, Fiona Fleming and a profusion of other names we would like to hear it.

Ask any United States Border Patrol or Homeland Security agent of the countless swarms of illegal Mexicans that try and sneak into the United States how many actually gave their real names when they were arrested?

Gone is the era where Yosemite Sam guarding the Texas Mexico Border with a Bean and Carne Asada burrito in his left hand would wave illegal Mexicans across the United States Texas border with just a wink and a nod.

Please review our leather cleaner instructions carefully. They are written so the average American teenager can achieve outstanding results. Keep in mind that Jennifer Scott confessed to using a waterproofing agent repeatedly then decide if she actually followed the instructions.

So what happens when you follow the instructions? Crystal Knox reviewed the instructions before ordering and ordered the correct products. Crystal Knox was honest about her situation and achieved very good results. Smart, honest and motivated Crystal Knox is our kind of customer.

Jennifer Acosta Scott likes to write her articles under assumed names. We have documented a couple of names but the potential is there for her to be writing articles under several other male and female names.

Jennifer Acosta Scott said the “testimonials on ProKlean's website seemed so convincing.” That’s because they were actually submitted by honest American consumers that could follow very simple English language instructions.

Take a quick visit to our reviews and compare them to the results that you actually achieved. You will quickly come to the conclusion that our reviews are the real McCoy.

Most American high school students would agree that waterproofing your expensive leather furniture with a resin based waterproofing agent then struggling to remove cat urine just does not make any sense.

At any rate there is an abundance of information on this website concerning waterproofing agents and the consequences of their incompetent use.

The vast majority of consumers had the presence of mind not to waterproof their expensive leather furniture and can expect results comparable to those documented on this website.

We hope all American consumers benefit from this exposé and do not have to deal with the Jennifer Scott waterproofing controversy.

Hopefully Jennifer Acosta Scott will learn the meaning of journalistic integrity and tell the truth in all her future product reviews. If not she can include her product review with the Jennifer Scott greatest hits catalogue. An internet search has revealed that our unique mystery writer Jennifer Acosta Scott has also ghost written compensated articles under the following names …

All of the information that Jennifer Acosta Scott needed as a consumer is on this website and readily available if she really wanted to do the proper research and exercise due diligence.

The article that Jennifer Acosta Scott wrote titled Product Review ProKlean Leather Cleaner that was published on Associated Content under the alias of Fiona Fleming is untruthful and designed to create a controversy.

Consumers relying on Jennifer Acosta Scott’s poorly researched article may experience serious cross contamination issues and may be forced to throw their expensive leather furniture away.

We believe that it is time that every American citizen born in the United States of American Citizens have quality health care as their birthright. This would allow the child of a poor man access to the same high quality health care currently reserved for the children of the rich.

Healthy well nourished children learn more and will successfully contribute to a more vibrant and technically advanced robust American economy.

This investment would level the playing field between the rich and the poor.

To protect American youth from the sky rocking cost of health care, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 must be revised and tested in the courts to ensure that children of illegal aliens are not automatically granted American Citizenship and thus Universal Health Care.

If the United States Congress fails to incorporate the proper legislative controls American citizens may end up insuring little green aliens from Mars, Venus and Uranus as well as any other extraterrestrial aliens flying saucers thru our Milky Way Galaxy. Frankly we have often wondered if many of our politicians didn’t actually arrive in Washington D.C. in UFOs.

The 1997 movie Rainmaker written by John Grisham and directed by Francis Ford Coppola starring Danny DeVito, Matt Damon, Jon Voight and Claire Danes is the best argument yet for Universal Health Care with the Public Option. Does America have a conscience or a soul? Make sure you see this excellent movie so you can appreciate exactly what we mean.

It’s time to repeal the McCarran-Ferguson Act 15 U.S.C. § 1011 the insurance industry’s 64-year-old anti trust exemption. At issue are the virtual monopolies that insurance companies have carved out. Eliminating the insurance industries Anti-Trust Exemption would prohibit insurance companies from comparing market prices with other insurance companies and engaging in price-fixing and bid-rigging for health insurance.

Don’t fall for the scare tactics created by the predatory US Health Insurance Industry. Monopolies always result in higher prices for consumers. The US Health Insurance Industry is not a good neighbor. Make sure your Congressman and Senator know exactly how you feel. The correct compensation for US Congressman, US Senators and greedy state house representatives that refuse to respect your wishes is to simply run them out of office.

The following two case studies will quickly show you what works and what needs immediate improvement. California has multiple insurance companies competing for your business. Oregon has only one very large health insurance company that dominates the health care industry. See if you can tell in which state the insurance lobby has the most legislative influence.

California attorneys practice intellectual property, bad faith, breach of contract, complex litigation, FCRA violations, invasion of privacy, legal malpractice, libel, medical malpractice, slander and personal injury. California also has the strongest bad faith law in the nation which deters insurance companies from stalling or denying payment. For those insurance companies that like to play chicken and willfully destroy, intentionally lose or otherwise interfere with the discovery process there are serious sanctions including legal disbarment, incarceration and multi million dollar punitive damage awards. California also has an elected insurance commissioner with the authority to review an insurance company’s profit and loss statements to ensure their rates are justified and to take legal action to compel them to adjust if necessary.

Oregon attorneys primarily limit their practice area to personal injury. The state of Oregon has the weakest bad faith law in the nation. Due to this glaring breach in consumer protection insurance companies are free to engage in dishonest behavior. One unethical tactic is violating the patients medical privacy by accessing medical records unlawfully through conveniently placed security vulnerabilities in poorly designed non auditing computerized portals of the hospitals computerized medical records management systems. These computerized information systems are referred to as Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS) and Clinical Information Systems (CIS). In addition to invasion of privacy other insurance company tactics include the rewriting of medical reports and colluding with the medical community to mitigate the patient’s rights. Oregon’s insurance commissioner is appointed by the insurance lobby.

While not perfect California should be the model for the rest of the United States. In addition to repealing the Anti-Trust Exemption for the insurance Industry we need to write California’s strong bad faith law into federal law so that all America’s citizens are protected. Every state should have an elected insurance commissioner that has the authority to review an insurance company’s profit and loss statements to ensure they are not taking advantage of their citizens.

Employees, lobbyists, representatives and agents of the insurance industry should be permanently barred from holding the office of insurance commissioner.

If you live in the states of Alabama Alaska Arizona Arkansas Colorado Connecticut Delaware District of Columbia Florida Georgia Hawaii Idaho Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Kentucky Louisiana Maine Maryland Massachusetts Michigan Minnesota Mississippi Missouri Montana Nebraska Nevada New Hampshire New Jersey New Mexico New York North Carolina North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma Pennsylvania Rhode Island South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Texas Utah Vermont Virginia Washington West Virginia Wisconsin Wyoming you should review your own medical experiences to see how they compare to these examples.

Why in this wonderfully rich country is the quality of health care so incredibly poor and the cost so incredibly high? Has America become the home of the brave and the land of corporate greed? It’s time to free America from the parasitic insurance industry by providing quality health care to all American citizens by passing HR 3962 the Affordable Health Care for America Act.

While universal health care for all Americans is a noble cause it should not be attempted without first addressing some critical issues within the American medical system.

Currently doctors concerned about medical malpractice lawsuits routinely access and discuss a patient’s medical history without the patient’s knowledge or permission under the pretext of continuity of care. This has been facilitated by the willingness of the government officials delegated with constructing the HIPAA law to look the other way.

Failure to treat and failure to diagnose are the two most common forms of medical malpractice. Sometimes this is the result of doctors that are overworked and sometimes this is the result of doctors that are arrogant and do not believe you.

The old legacy medical malpractice rules are now obsolete as anyone involved with your treatment including medical receptionists, medical assistants, office managers, hospital administrators and even insurance company defense attorneys that block or otherwise interfere with your medical treatment could potentially be held financially liable for medical malpractice.

The following medical specialties are all covered by the same medical negligence rules Allergy, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Colon Rectal Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Diagnostic Imaging, Ear, Nose & Throat, ENT, Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, Family Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Practice, General Surgery, Geriatric Medicine, Gynecology, Gynecologic Oncology, Hand Surgery, Hematology, Infectious Diseases, Immunology, Internal Medicine, Medical Assistants, Medical Oncology, Medical Records Custodian, Metabolism, Naturopathic Medicine, Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurological Surgery, Nurses, Nurses Assistants, Obstetrics, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, Pathology, Pediatric Oncology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Physical Medicine, Physical Therapy, Plastic Surgery, Podiatric Medicine, Preventative Medicine, Primary Care, Pulmonary Disease, Radiology Diagnostic, Radiology Nuclear, Radiation Oncology, Rehabilitation, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Surgery, Urologic Surgery, Vascular Surgery.

At any rate think of yourself as a customer and the doctor like any other business. If you hired a television repairman to fix your brand new LED TV or you took your car in for service and they failed to repair them would you pay? Probably not so let’s first get our perspectives straight.

One hundred years ago people became doctors because they loved their fellow man and because they didn’t want them to suffer. They did not do it for the money as most of the time the doctors were paid with either chickens or pigs.

Today the average general practitioner makes $250,000 per year, the specialist such as a cardiologist averages $450,000 per year with the general surgeon at the top of the heap scoring a whopping $650,000 per year and even more.

Medical Privacy as defined by Health and Human Service’s HIPAA is an oxymoron as there is no real defensible privacy for the patient. The HHS Office for Civil Rights (OCR) received 22,664 complaints from April 2003 through Sept. 30, 2006. HHS decided that only 5,400 (23.8%) merited further investigation or action, according to agency statistics.

Of the 5,400 complaints that were pursued, OCR took no effective action in 3,700 cases. Of the remaining 1,700, the Office of Civil Rights found that the covered healthcare organization named in the complaint had not actually violated the HIPAA privacy rule.

Health and Human Services did not find a single case where the doctor’s practices violated the patient’s privacy rights. Since this is statistically impossible it is clear that the Office for Civil Rights is being driven by the medical lobby.

American doctors and their lobbyists could not have done of better job of influencing Health and Human Services if they had written the HIPAA privacy rule themselves.

These new computerized medical record systems (EMR) are not as secure as the old fashioned legacy paper based patient medical charts. Osama Bin Laden hiding in a cave in Afghanistan could easily hack into or pay a disgruntled employee for the online credentials to steal your medical information. It is much harder for dishonest individuals to steal your medical information from a legacy paper based chart system because they would have to risk being shot by police and arrested for numerous felonies for breaking into a doctor’s brick and mortar office reminiscent of Watergate.

Doctors typically share their online credentials with their medical assistants, office managers, billing clerks and even their receptionists. Doctors should be held accountable as they are responsible for safeguarding your sensitive medical information.

These new computerized medical record systems have been manipulated so that auditing who is accessing and reviewing your electronic medical files is virtually impossible.

The HIPAA waiver should be removed to eliminate the possibility of patients being unwitting deceived by clever defense attorneys into waiving their important medical privacy rights when they are establishing care or during treatment.

Accessing medical records without informed consent should be criminalized into federal law. Appropriate sanctions should include a $250,000 fine and a five year prison term per infraction for doctors, medical assistants, office managers, hospitals, defense attorneys, insurance companies, private investigators and other individuals who willfully violate the patient’s medical privacy rights.

A new federal cause of action should be created allowing the injured patients to sue in federal court for money damages, attorney’s fees and punitive damages against doctors, medical assistants, office managers, hospitals, defense attorneys, insurance companies, private investigators and others who violated the patient’s medical privacy rights.

Medical privacy rights without the appropriate enforcement sanctions are a waste of the taxpayer’s time and money. Can’t decide if you want to order a pizza or call for an ambulance?

In 2008 over one million people took the oath of allegiance becoming United States Citizens. They consisted of Mexicans, Indians, Filipinos, Chinese, Cubans and Vietnamese. At this rate America will have at least twenty million new American citizens within the next twenty years. This is not counting the offspring that will no doubt be created by these new American citizens.

Apparently the new citizens from Mexico, India, Philippines, China, Cuba and Viet Nam are the replacements for the millions of American senior citizens who are no longer considered contributing members of society.  We suggest they limit the ages of new immigrants to under forty years of age and with a college degree. That way they can contribute to the American economy for at least twenty years before claiming any benefits.

If the United States is unable to perform a thorough criminal background check of these new immigrants then the US Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services should err on the side of caution and refuse their entry into the United States.

With an estimated American jail population approaching two million prisoners we don’t need to import any new criminals. Governments’ intent on freeing themselves from the extraordinary and unproductive expense of feeding and housing large numbers of prisoners may falsely certify that immigrants with a criminal background are good to go.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and leaders of the Senate we respectfully suggest you move decisively to cut off the head of the serpent by repealing the insurance industry’s 64 year old anti trust exemption before the serpent has an opportunity to coil it’s deadly body around you.

House of Representatives Resolution HR 3962 was passed however the Senate version of the Affordable Health Care for America Act must still pass the Senate with the single Jewish Senator from Israel Joe Lieberman having the power to derail Universal Health Care in this predominantly Gentile country.

The United States House of Representatives and the Senate have been struggling to find a way to pay for the Affordable Health Care for America Act.

While our staff admittedly is not as smart as the army of college educated lawyers that dominate Washington District of Columbia they dreamed this up over a pot of coffee and a dozen Dunkin' Donuts.

If the Affordable Health Care for America Act passes the United States Senate with an opt out option and your governors and representatives decide to opt out we suggest you return the favor by opting them out of office during the very next election.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi this is your chance to make history. If you have a conscious you probably realize that the current health care bill that passed the house and the senate is a legislative abomination.

The final Health Care for America bill that comes out of the reconciliation process must contain the public option and you must reinforce the new Universal Health Care law by repealing the ridiculous anti trust exemption that created this fiasco in the first place.

Failure Of Speaker Nancy Pelosi to make these critical changes now to the Affordable Health Care for America Act will most certainly doom the Democratic Party to massive losses at the 2010 midterm elections.

Speaker Nancy Pelosi it is time to become a modern day Joan of Arc by killing off the insurance industry once and for all. Do it for the people not the greedy insurance industry and their army of corrupt lobbyists. The actions that you take now will forever write how history remembers you.

During the 2008 presidential election we all heard big talk about change. Change you can believe in was the slogan of the Democratic Party. Many of us very frustrated with the constant war mongering of the Republican Party and the unwillingness of the Republicans to have a compassionate heart were ready for a change.

So here we are with the current Democratic Administration completing one full year in office. It’s time to review the past year and issue our 2010 Democratic Report Card.

During 2009 we all witnessed corporate welfare on an unprecedented scale.

The current Democratic Administration has bailed out automobile manufacturers that refused to change. The current Democratic Administration has bailed out the Wall Street Brokerage Houses that took incredibly stupid risks. The current Democratic Administration has bailed out the Mega Banks that continue to gouge the American public. The current Democratic Administration has bailed out the largest insurance company in America under the pretext of too big to fail.

Frankly I preferred President George W Bush’s honest and candid response when he was appraised of their situation. President Bush suggested that they should be allowed to fail. I wholeheartedly agree with President Bush. If any American business places incredibly stupid bets at the Wall Street gambling table or refuses to adapt to change they are demonstrating they don’t deserve to be in business.

Maybe it’s time for a no party Direct Voting System where all United States citizens cast their computerized votes from the privacy of their homes for their representatives and on any financial legislation that costs the American Taxpayer over ten million dollars.

With a properly implemented Direct Voting System there would be No more Republicans No more Democrats No more Independents and best of all No more lies.

This would be a highly advanced computerized voting system with strict authentication where any American Citizen that does not vote and does not have a good verifiable reason would be subjected to fines of at least $2,500.

The United States already has the Information Processing infrastructure in place. We currently have an abundance of experienced American born computer programmers many unemployed and displaced by cheaper labor primarily from India. These seasoned and unemployed American born Computer Programmers are the natural choice to make the Direct Voting System a reality. Sorry India you are going to have to sit this one out.

Imagine no more lobbyists, back door deals, corporate greed and partisan politics getting in the way of the true will of the people. We are so ready for a new political system where there is absolutely nobody to bribe or influence.

Imagine the huge cost savings to the American taxpayers of being able to cut hundreds of thousands and possibly millions of unnecessary overpaid patronage related Federal Civil Service jobs and their related State Civil Service jobs from the financial backs of the humble taxpayer.

I am so ready for significant change stomp your feet if you guys are with me.

It is time for the army of unemployed American Computer Programmers that were put out to pastor by the Republican Party to return the favor by designing a comprehensive high tech computerized Direct Voting System that makes the primitive and dishonest two party system obsolete.

Let us refresh your memory on September 24, 1998 at 8:00 PM The U.S. House of Representatives passed S 3736, the "Workforce Improvement and Protection Act," by a vote of 288 to 133. This was a Republican sponsored bill with the Republicans voting 189 YEA and only 34 NAY with only five Republicans not voting. The Democrats voted 99 YEA and 98 NAY with 9 Democrats not voting.

A more appropriate title for S 3736 would have been the, “Discard American Workers and Hire Cheap Indian Labor ACT”.

The Indian population was estimated at 1,166,079,217 during July 2009 by the Central Intelligence Agency. That is a tremendous amount of potential H1B VISAS and It looks as thou our friends in India have way too much time on their hands.

All that American Companies have to do is claim that they are unable to hire high technology workers and they are granted an H1B exemption.

A small time car wash operator only has to claim that he can not find a competent American worker to push the big red button and suddenly a chartered 747 is depositing 200 Indian computer professionals at his front door.

The duty of the American government is to take care of the needs of their citizens first, not to try and curry favor with unfriendly foreign governments.

If the Republicans want to help foreign governments with a surplus of workers they can solicit charitable contributions from their vast network of disingenuous news outlets and sponsor massive airlifts of condoms for the needy.

A nice college educated black man is working two shifts at the local car wash to pay for the car of his dreams a brand new Cadillac. This guy is a very hard working fellow that enjoys a lot of face time with all the local television stations.

About two years into the payments and feeling the ever pressing yoke of the new car payment machine he is advised to purchase a second Cadillac. Confused he asked his economic adviser how this would work as it appears he would have twice as many car payments and twice as much trouble.

His economic adviser states confidently that he would be helping to stimulate the economy. A noble fellow he agrees and purchases her the second Cadillac. Six months later his economic adviser (his wife) leaves him and runs off with a much younger man.

The moral here is when somebody suggests that you can spend your way out of debt by doubling or tripling your expenditures you should consider calling a psychiatrist for them because this idea is as crazy as it sounds.

It is economic insanity to think that you can actually spend your way out of debt as all you are doing is getting on the fast track to economic Armageddon.

If you want to win the next election there is no easier way to do it then to create several hundred thousand new civil service positions that will no doubt be very grateful at the mid term elections.

What America really needs is to improve the financial stability of the social security trust fund by passing strict laws that prohibit any type of borrowing from the social security trust fund for any reason other then for social security.

Sorry defense industry it’s time to create a backup plan.

We suggest you convert your idle nuclear submarine manufacturing factories to civilian use by producing high tech refrigerators. They look very similar and are essentially made from the same materials. That way you can convert them back if the need arises.

Since a loss of manufacturing capacity is what really has led to the economic collapse of the United States the idle and currently non productive defense industry should seize this amazingly patriotic opportunity to defend their country from the Chinese manufacturing machine.

Granted it will be much harder for the defense industry to hide billions of dollars in cost overruns in a $2,500 new technology refrigerator but it will definitely teach them how to compete.

So what is the correct course of action to take with Greece? Will the stock market completely collapse or the world come to an catastrophic end if the United States does not economically intervene?

We don’t think so and we feel that it is a very big mistake to send the message that the United States is going to bail out Greece or any other incompetent over spending government.

America has its own problems and we have not seen any body come to the aid of the United States so no Greek rescue plan.

If our current administration completely loses its mind and decides to bail out Greece the American Taxpayers might as well bend over now and pass the olive oil.

This is the vote count for Senate Resolution H.R. 3590 Service Members Home Ownership Tax Act of 2009 which is expected to become the vehicle for the Affordable Health Care for America Act.

Health Care Reform without real competition is an absolute waste of time.
