carefully before placing your orders to prevent delays in processing.
We suggest you check to ensure that the cleaning products
you are interested in are available in your delivery area. Checking now before
placing your order avoids disappointment later.

If you are new to ProKlean™
visit the product selection page to select the best product for your cleaning
environment. This will introduce you to our cleaning products and explain the
differences to ensure a better fit for your needs.
Would you like to review the
product instructions before placing your order?
All orders
require a good residential street address, zip code including the extended zip
code. The order form
provides ample opportunity to provide complete billing and shipping information.
We will not
accept or ship any orders destined to blind post office boxes.
Speed up the
delivery of your packages by using the following
shipping identifiers where appropriate for your delivery address: Street, Avenue, Blvd, Lane or
Road.
If you live in an
apartment or condominium please provide the
appropriate apartment or suite number.
If you prefer
your order shipped to your place of business please provide complete and
accurate billing information in addition to detailed shipping information
including your suite number.
All customers are
required to have effective communications and computer skills. This
ensures customers can read and follow
the instructions. Articulate and
effective communications are the foundation of any successful business
relationship.
We are unable to
support customers that do not have their own personal computers and broadband
internet connections in their homes.
A good
residential email address is required for all orders. A good residential email
address ensures that we can contact you if we encounter any issues with your
order. If you have a private paid email address provided by your broadband
internet provider we strongly encourage you to use it.
Your purchase receipt
including helpful technical support links and your United States Postal Service
Track and Confirm Updates will be sent to the email address that you provide.
We will not
support iPhone users due to the excessive amount of back and forth communications chatter that
would be necessary to support these small electronic devices.
To prevent delays
in processing we suggest you double check all of the information on your order
carefully including your billing address,
shipping address, complete extended zip codes, email address and your telephone numbers before finalizing your order.
