Our customers are polite, cooperative and provide a pop3 email address that is monitored. Effective communications is the cornerstone of all successful business relationships.

Customers have an opportunity to review the product instructions before placing their orders.

Our cleaning products are designed to perform and tested daily by your neighbors.

All orders require a verifiable residential billing address. Our system will validate your complete billing address including your extended zip code with your credit card provider. Make sure your billing address matches the address including zip code you have on file.

The order form provides ample opportunity to provide complete billing and shipping information. We will not accept any orders without a bona fide residential billing address nor destined to post office boxes or private mail boxes at your local package store.

If you prefer your order shipped to your place of business please provide complete and accurate residential billing information in addition to detailed shipping information including your suite number.

Speed up the delivery of your packages by using the following shipping identifiers where appropriate for your delivery address: Street, Avenue, Blvd, Lane or Road.

If you live in an apartment or condominium please provide the appropriate apartment number.

A good residential email address is required for all orders. A good residential email address ensures that we can contact you if we encounter any issues with your order. If you have a private paid email address provided by your broadband internet service provider we strongly encourage you to use it.

ProKlean™ delivers potent professional quality cleaning products. Our cleaning products are intended for polite articulate cooperative consumers with excellent communications skills. This ensures customers can read and are willing to follow the instructions.

We will not support IPhone users. We are unable to support customers that do not have their own personal computers and broadband internet connections in their homes.

Your purchase receipt including the link to the instructions page, email contact information and your United States Postal Service Track and Confirm Updates will be sent to the email address that you provide. Prevent delays in processing by double checking your information.
