All products have an operational temperature range of between seventy five to ninety five degrees Fahrenheit.

These products will always perform at their best when used within this temperature range.

You should not use these products unless they are within the recommended temperature range.

The best way to ensure the operational temperature is to place the products in the heated room where they are intended to be used and set your thermostat according to our recommendations.

Never heat these products in a conventional or microwave oven.

Expert results are achieved when you allow these products to warm up overnight. 

The recommended ratio is one ounce of cleaning product to each ounce of urine.

Always shake these products vigorously before @ each use.
