The cleaner worked very well.  I am so impressed with the urine pooling product as it removed the stench that had permeated the padding in the couch.  We turned the couch over and soaked the padding with the urine pooling product and it removed the odor on the second round.  Also, the products did not damage our brand new leather furniture at all.  We have a sick cat who we were contemplating putting down due to his bad habits.  Now that we have been able to clean our furniture to our satisfaction we feel comfortable letting him ride out his remaining time.

Our cat has peed on our new leather sofa numerous times. I cleaned the leather and cushions successfully with the pooling and leather cleaner, however still noted a smell. I took off the bottom fabric covering from the couch and found the smell. The urine leaked down and soaked into the wooden frame and along the edges by the fabric cover. I used up all of my first order and it has been successful so far however I think I will need several applications on the frame to remove the rest of the smell and stains.

So far so good. I had my reservations about using the product but I can say it worked. I've tested it out with several people in the room and none of them realized that my cat had peed on the leather couch. Natures miracle used to be my go to product but not after this. The smell was terrible & I was afraid I would have to buy new living room furniture. The pee was in the foam cushions & it dripped all the way through the couch onto the carpet. The urine pooling was by far the best idea invented. I'm gonna go over the area again when it gets a little bit warmer just to get the cushions well. Thanks again :)

This product is truly amazing.  We had just purchased a new leather sofa and the cat peed right in the middle of it.  He really saturated the leather.  We tried anything and everything we could find:  Nature's Miracle, baking soda and peroxide, borax, vinegar.  Nothing even came close to getting the smell out or the dark stain.  When the product arrived we applied it and waited anxiously as it dried.  When dry, a light dry crust appeared on top of the leather.  We rubbed gently and saw the crust fall away.  It was instantly better.  Much of the stain was gone and the smell was almost gone.  We applied the product a few more times and with each go round there was significant improvement.  When done, the sofa was as good as new.  Visually, the spot is gone and none of our cats are drawn to the pee spot, so I know they can't detect the odor either.  It was a miracle for us. Our couch was highly saturated with cat urine in several spots. I literally had to take the cushions off and coat each one with ProKlean a few times before the smell went away. It took a week for it to dry completely, however the improvement was still drastic!  Overall, I am satisfied. My sofa does not smell bad at all and there is no other evidence of the original cat urine. Life has just been a little crazy!

Overall, I'm thrilled with the product.  My cat got lonely while we were on vacation and peed all over a leather sofa sleeper and leather chair.  We had someone looking in on her every couple of days so it was caught fairly quickly but my neighbor didn't really know what to do - she found some Nature's Miracle in my cupboard and poured that over one spot, but otherwise, it sat for 2 weeks until we got home.  It took me another couple weeks to find your product.  I've used 4 bottles of the leather cleaner and the sofa and chair are pretty good as are two of the sofa cushions.

We love the Proklean products!  Our female cat began urinating on our brand new Rooms to Go leather chaise lounge and love seat when we got a new puppy.  My husband was quite upset and thought our new furniture was ruined.  I did an internet search and found your product.  I thought we could give it a try.  What did we have to lose?  Much to our surprise, the odor and staining was 75% better.  We called customer support to order another bottle and ask questions about other Proklean products.  Adam was so helpful and provided us with excellent service.  After a second application of the leather cleaner and the addition of the urine pooling product, the love seat is back to show room condition.  The odor must be completely gone because the cat has not remarked the furniture.  We will definitely buy this product again and will recommend your company to friends.

I have had cats my whole life, and the ProKlean is the first product that has ever really worked. A few others, like Nature's Miracle, help a little with the smell of cat urine, but there always seems to be a lingering, subtle smell.

ProKlean has saved our new leather couch, which cost quite a bit, and would otherwise have been given away or just trashed. I just refuse to live in a house that smells like a litter box, or become known as "Eileen, the old cat lady".

I'll definitely keep some on hand. Great product.

I ordered this for my sister because she was given a beautiful leather couch, but the downfall was that a cat had urinated on the couch and it stunk. We read through your testimonials online and decided that we were going to try you first instead of wasting time and money on other products that probably wouldn't work in the first place. 

After using the first bottle of ProKlean my sister was very impressed, but she didn't use a black light until the bottle was almost gone. When she used the black light she discovered there were still spots that needed to be sprayed again.  She said the smell is definitely 90% better. 

With one more bottle of ProKlean I think she will have a beautiful leather couch that doesn't have the odor of urine.  I would highly recommend ProKlean over any other brand.  Why waste time and money on products that don't work?

I just tried your ProKlean product on several areas our 2 cats urinated on (leather cushions, couch frame, comforter, duvet, office chair, basement floor)...the cats are getting old, dealing with our 2 year old and a little mad at us I guess! ... Hello there, I did experience some very positive results with the Leather Cleaner product.  The majority of the odor has been eliminated from my leather sofa.  There are two spots on the base of the sofa and the corner area of one of the cushions that I can't seem to completely get the smell out (and I ran out of cleaner.)  I think the challenge there is that there are a lot of folds in the leather at those points, so it will take a little more tenacity to get it out.  I will order another bottle, as well as some for a fabric area we discovered when using the backlight.  That was a very helpful tip, that led us to another piece of furniture our bad kitty nailed.  I really appreciate all the support and detailed directions, which I used to the letter.

Kitty piddled in the same spot on a super soft, expensive, leather couch, two times. The first time I cleaned it I used 7th Generation Laundry detergent. The second time he piddled in the same place I used something from the vet, and then Nature’s Miracle.

Then I did a Google search and found your web site, ordered, had the ProKlean in two days, and used it on the old spot and one separate new spot. The new spot has had two treatments of ProKlean, and the old spot too. The new spot, not having been cleaned with any other product, is almost odor free now. I am so thankful I found your product.
