Subject: Super Cat Urine Remover
 
Thank you so much for your follow up and great customer service.  I haven't had to use the Dog Urine Remover as yet, but already had experience with the Cat Urine Remover.  It was actually used in my car.  I have a Yukon XL and one of my children left the door open.  We didn't notice until morning and when I got in to run some errands the odor inside made it very clear that some neighborhood cat had made him/herself very much at home in our car.  We took out the mats and sprayed them with ProKlean and then treated all the carpeting inside the car.  By that afternoon when I had to travel out of town, the odor was much better and by the next day it was gone! Thank goodness, especially since we've only had this car for 6 months!  I have had this happen in my car before and the smell never really went away. Thanks for such a great product and your great customer service!  I have shared with others about your product and will continue to do so!
