ProKlean™ products are successful approximately ninety seven percent of the time.

There is no question the cleaning products industry is full of deception.

Many of you have been deceived by commissioned review websites posting disingenuous reviews and then earning a hefty commission sometimes as high as twenty percent of the sale. Naturally when the manufacturers of mediocre cleaning products pay such a high commission it should come as no surprise that the commissioned review websites resort to lying.

We suggest you scrutinize the following Planet Urine and SCOE 10X Reviews and see if you can figure out what is actually going on.

Our first example is the eye-popping Planet Urine review that was published by commissioned review website Urine Off Reviews dot Con’s own ghost writer Ian Spellfield. Compare what Urine Off Reviews dot Con wrote against what Sandra actually experienced with Planet Urine.

You Realize SCOE 10X Doesn't Work. Another good read is the curious SCOE10X review that was also published by commissioned review website Urine Off Reviews dot Con’s own ghost writer Ian Spellfield. Compare what Urine Off Reviews dot Con wrote against what Jessie actually experienced with SCOE10X. Jessie purchased SCOE 10X twice and it did not work for her. What makes you think it will work for you?

How can the Planet Urine Reviews and the SCOE10X Reviews that two different consumers reported for Planet Urine and SCOE 10X in two different states vary so dramatically from the results published by Urine Off Reviews dot Con’s Ian Spellfield?

We will leave that for you to figure out however if Urine Off Reviews dot Con actually tested these products they should publish proof in the form of their actual purchase receipts.

We want to commend the Advertising Standards Authority Mid City Place 71 High Holborn London WC1V 6QT United Kingdom.

On August 26 2009 the ASA adjudicated the issue of truth in advertising in the category of Media: Television and Magazine, Sector: Electrical appliances.

The Advertising Standards Authority of the United Kingdom had received several complaints regarding LED TVS.

Two complainants challenged whether the ads misleadingly implied that the televisions had an LED (Light Emitting Diode) display, when in fact the televisions merely used LEDs for backlighting.

One of the primary issues was CAP Code: 7.1 “No marketing communication should mislead, or be likely to mislead, by inaccuracy, ambiguity, exaggeration, omission or otherwise.”

The ASA upheld the position of the complainants and stated “We considered that the ad implied the TV displays were comprised totally of LEDs similar to some outdoor displays when that was not the case.  We considered that because the ads were ambiguous and did not make clear how the TVs utilised the LED technology, the ads were likely to mislead.”

The Advertising Standards Authority found that the TV ad breached  CAP (Broadcast) Code rules 5.1.1 and 5.1.3 (Misleading advertising).

The Advertising Standards Authority found that the magazine ads breached CAP Code clause 7.1 (Truthfulness).

The Advertising Standards Authority ordered that the ads must not appear again in their current form. “We told Samsung to ensure that future marketing communications described the technology their products used accurately.”

The Adjudication of the Advertising Standards Authority Council of the United Kingdom covers both Broadcast and Non-Broadcast media.

Have you seen those awesome 2009 Black Friday deals featuring a brand new name brand 40 Inch Flat Panel 1080p 120HZ LED HDTV for only $749.00? Great reviews and a great price what more could you ask for? New technology is always so enticing and we always want to be the first.

Take your time as the screens are the very same LCD Liquid Crystal Displays found in most good laptop computer systems.

The primary difference is the television manufacturers are replacing the existing CCFL Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps with a HCFL HOT Cathode Fluorescent Lamp or either a LED edge lighting array or a LED Backlighting array to boost the brightness and the contrast.

Are you ready for those great Thanksgiving and Christmas sales? We reviewed many good Sony and Samsung HDTV models. Our first review will be the legendary Sony with their new very efficient VE Series.

The Sony Bravia KDL40VE5 deserves a serious look. This is Sony’s entry into the energy efficient television competition. Featuring a dynamic contrast ratio of 100,000 to 1 the KDL40VE5 has a very good picture. The Sony Bravia KDL40VE5 boosts significant energy savings reported at less than forty percent compared to a conventional LCD TV of similar size. This television features a Hot Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (HCFL) backlight. Sony claims the Sony Bravia KDL40VE5 exceeds Energy Star 3.0 requirements by over 50% in Home mode. During December 2009 the Sony Bravia KDL40VE5 was selling from a low of $822 to a high of $979. Leave it to Sony to introduce this LED TV killer just in time for Christmas.

Next is the Samsung UN40B6000 LCD LED TV. Although not a true LED TV the Samsung UN40B6000 40 Inch Flat Panel 1080P 120HZ LCD LED HDTV has a nice picture. This set was advertised from a high of $1489 to a low of $1099 during October 2009. Retail prices for the Samsung UN40B6000 should drop to below $750 before Christmas. Retail prices should continue to fall for the Samsung UN55B6000, UN46B6000 and the UN32B6000.

Expect prices to continue falling as states follow California’s lead and mandate more energy efficient technologies within their borders. If you are feeling brave and decide to plunge into this very stale LCD LED TV market make sure the retailer you purchase your LCD LED television from is going to be around next year to ensure you don’t get Fried at the cash register.

Many of you are excited about receiving new electronic toys. We would like to offer the following suggestion. Always purchase your electronic goodies with a credit card. Choose a credit card from banks that will double the manufacturers warranty. Check the booklet that is typically included from Visa and MasterCard for this valuable coverage.

Avoid club stores for Christmas. We saw a Sony 40 inch set at a famous warehouse. This set was priced at $1099. Not bad. Only we saw the same Sony television with the same features at a normal big box retailer for $799. That is a $300 difference and you could use that additional cash to build up your bank account not theirs.

Club stores have proprietary model numbers that are very difficult to check. That’s exactly what they are designed to do, prevent you from comparison shopping. Don’t be foolish as long as you duplicate the two year warranty coverage using the right credit card and save a ton of money in the process you should be good to go.

We live in an era of misinformation and disinformation where things are not always as they appear. Your fact checking skills will be continually tested as you try and dig thru a mountain of disingenuous misinformation to get at the truth.
