The majority of our customers are very happy after using our
products and inquire as to why there are postings on the internet
that make us appear difficult to do business with.
Like most companies we are in business to service the needs our
customers and to return a profit. We do not like to turn any
business away.
Prospective customers that are caught in any type of lie or
deception will be quickly walked to the door.
We had a airplane mechanic from Littleton Colorado call us and explain that
he was dating a gal that had several cats and he could not bear the
unbearable
stench of cat urine when he was at her apartment.
Apparently the strong
cat urine odor did not leave him in a romantic mood as he became
very rude and abusive so we decided to cancel his order.
Any of you that own
your own business know that when a customer becomes aggressive or
hostile it is not going to get any better.
We cancelled Ken's
order and he responded by posting his retaliatory story on www.complaints.com.
Then we had
Patricia Lynn
Carroll
from California call us to tell us how good the Super Dog
Urine Remover was. She greased up the conversation by stating
that she was the head of customer service at Google.
She said the only
concern she had was that we had overcharged her for shipping. When
we explained that she had been charged
correctly she changed her opinion of the Super Dog Urine Remover
and posted her complaint on www.complaints.com.
We do not want to
pass on the cost of scammers and individuals intent on committing
fraud onto honest customers like you.
Because of this we take a firm position
with individuals like Mary Jo Heaton that use fictitious names, phony addresses or
that we catch in any type of lie or deception.
Recently we had an order from Karen Sicotte of
Bremerton Washington who also calls herself Karen Seacot and Gia
Chelidze. Karen does your employer know that you are using all these
different aliases?
Karen what ever her real name is ordered the Super
Mattress Cleaner.
Karen refused to provide a real physical address.
Even when Karen was advised
that we would be willing to process her order if she would comply
with our order policy she refused.
Karen Sicotte bombarded us with threats and
epithets the standard stuff for somebody in need of a serious
psychiatric intervention.
Karen Sicotte
likes to use the initials RN after her name. We are not sure if that
stands for registered nurse or really
nuts.
Karen Sicotte claims
we suck, if sucks means we don't take any stuff from somebody in
need of a serious psychiatric intervention then we suck.
We treat
our legitimate retail customers great which is clearly evidenced by
the tons of positive feedback on our cleaning product comparisons.
We treat
competitors and their agents intent on disrupting our business with
the respect they deserve by throwing them out the door.
