So far so good. I had my reservations about using the product but I can say it worked. I've tested it out with several people in the room and none of them realized that my cat had peed on the leather couch. Natures miracle used to be my go to product but not after this. The smell was terrible & I was afraid I would have to buy new living room furniture. The pee was in the foam cushions & it dripped all the way through the couch onto the carpet. The urine pooling was by far the best idea invented. I'm gonna go over the area again when it gets a little bit warmer just to get the cushions well. Thanks again :)

I really appreciate your excellent customer service. My cat Delilah developed a uterine tract infection (UTI) and was unable to control her urination. It was several days before I concluded it was not behavioral and a trip to the vet fixed the infection. I tried an ineffective product bought at PetSmart without success and then found yours on the internet. I've used two of the three bottles ordered because I was treating a 3 ft square area. Spraying seemed slow so I poured Proklean into the palm of my hands, wearing waterproof gloves, and quickly spread it over the area in a circular motion. ProKlean is the best I've used and fortunately I researched the internet and found it and customers' reviews. Others I used could not reach the urine stain and were a waste of money. I spent almost $100 on ProKlean but that's a small price to remedy the problem.

Sure- here is a picture of the offender and his name is Grayson. I have to say that even after almost two years, our couch is still as good as new and the urine smell never came back! Also, I was sure that Grayson would repeat his bad habit on the couch – but he never did after cleaning with Proklean. Thanks again for such a great product.

We had no idea ProKlean would work so well! Our seven year old sixty five pound female Labrador Retriever went on our brown Italian leather sofa. When she goes, she goes! The product was amazing, I was completely apprehensive when I received it, I honestly did not think that it would live up to its acclaim, but it did and the couch actually looks and feels better. Is it a cleaner too? The lame product that I tried was Armor All leather cleaner gel, what a joke, I might as well been using some of my hand lotion.

I had already treated the carpet with SCOE10X because my 5 yr. old male cat had sprayed. A few months later I shampooed my carpet which must have brought the smell back because my 5 month old male cat started urinating in that same area, but also along the whole wall. I then ordered more of the SCOE 10X, saturated the whole wall and it still smelled like urine, but also spread it out a couple of feet. I went online to research other products and came across ProKlean. I read a lot of good reviews and thought I would give it a try. I just applied the solution last night so the carpet is still wet. As far as I can tell the smell is gone. The Urine Pooling product worked 100% better in dealing with a lot of urine. The SCOE10X just seemed to spread it out more.

I LOVED the Super Dog Urine remover! I was skeptical but desperate after having used 3 other products but am very impressed. I used 'odor eliminators' from Drs. Foster & Smith, Nature's Miracle and Simple Solutions (from Petco). they may have helped a little but only in the immediate timeframe. After a few days it would smell again. I LOVE not having to go over the spots again with your product. It is nice to have a life and home again! I have a black & tan greyhound mix named Skeet about 3 years old (a rescue) who is particularly feisty and peed a lot on the wood & carpet floor 'just because'. Also have a 2 year old yellow Labrador (rescue) named Bailey that is rather dopey and goes along with whatever Skeet does. I used the ProKlean product on a mattress urine accident several months ago and it worked exactly as stated on the website. That was several months ago and now I am using it as we potty train our twin girls. We just had a urine accident on the carpet and I used ProKlean again but had some questions so I emailed ProKlean and within minutes I had an email response and even a phone call asking me for more specifics. As we go through this accident prone time I feel reassured that the accidents will be cleaned up quickly and easily. I think this product is amazing. It took little or no effort. I have tried Zep pet stain remover, Oreck pet stain remover, vinegar and water and several others. The super mattress cleaner was able to remove stains and smells that the other cleaners could not. We have a mixed breed cat around 2 years old. She is a wonderful cat who likes to show frustration by urinating on mattresses and clothing.

The product performed fantastically; it was easy to use and effectively removed the urine from the mattress. I prefer ProKlean. I have a 8 month old black, male kitten, no specific breed. I am still having a recurring problem with my cat. I believe this to be a behavioral issue, and not a reflection of any product's performance, since when locked out of my room he has begun to urinate on my roommate's mattress. If I could, I would buy ProKlean if it were more easily accessible, but purchasing online & waiting 2 days is very difficult due to the location my cat has decided to repeatedly urinate. Please let me know when ProKlean is sold in stores in San Diego!

This product is truly amazing. We had just purchased a new leather sofa and the cat peed right in the middle of it. He really saturated the leather. We tried anything and everything we could find: Nature's Miracle, baking soda and peroxide, borax, vinegar. Nothing even came close to getting the smell out or the dark stain. When the product arrived we applied it and waited anxiously as it dried. When dry, a light dry crust appeared on top of the leather. We rubbed gently and saw the crust fall away. It was instantly better. Much of the stain was gone and the smell was almost gone. We applied the product a few more times and with each go round there was significant improvement. When done, the sofa was as good as new. Visually, the spot is gone and none of our cats are drawn to the pee spot, so I know they can't detect the odor either. It was a miracle for us. I really thought that I would have to throw away an almost new mattress which became soaked and stained from urine. I used your product and the results were stunning. It was almost like magic; the mattress looks clean and new again. I used the black light before and after using your product, and the mattress was absolutely clean after using the Proklean.

The product is great. It's easy to use, there was no odor, and it dried quickly. I can't compare it to any other product because I've never had to use one for this reason before. Of course, now I'll always use Proklean to remove stains.

Super Cat Urine Remover has worked great for me. I first ordered this product to clean my brand new mattress that my wife’s cat soiled, and the urine sat on the mattress all weekend ( we were out of town). Not only did your product eliminate ALL odor, but it removed the stain as well. It was easy to use and a great price. I have since re-ordered multiple bottles of this product to treat my couch and area rugs. Our cat has a issue with our daughter and has been soiling our things since her birth. My wife won't let me get rid of the cat, so in some way this product has saved our marriage. In the recent past I have used Nature's Miracle, Zep pet spotter, and a few others. None of these have ever come close to the level of satisfaction that I have experienced with Super Cat Urine Remover. When used correctly it's like the "accident" never happened. I've had a heck of a problem with cat urine and your product is the BEST! All other products were inferior and didn't work. My suggestion to anyone sitting on the fence - don't waste your time or money on any other product. Buy ProKlean ASAP! I tried Nature's Miracle and another brand of pet urine remover from the grocery store (can't remember the name) as well as Simple Green and straight vinegar. I have finally - after a whole year - relinquished our cat. I just ordered two more bottles to clean this up once and for all. You guys will have to change my state to Colorado again (on the shipping info) but I am looking forward to receiving your product.

I bought a house whose previous owner had at least one cat. Sorry to all the cat lovers, but my distaste for cats grew after I started remodeling on the house. The owner allowed the cat to pee everywhere and masked the odor during the selling process. When we pulled up carpeting in one of the bedrooms in anticipation to install wood flooring, we were nearly overcome by the overwhelming stench of cat pee. I searched online for a hardcore product to use on the baseboards and subfloor and found your product. I used an entire bottle on one 10 x 11 room and am happy to report that the smell is nearly nonexistent. I ordered another bottle because there is additional smell in other rooms although nothing compared to what we found in that one bedroom. The owner of this house should be ashamed to allow this to happen and then to try to cover it up during the selling process.

I used another product, can't remember the name but I'll get back with you when I do. The Urine Pooling product was extremely effective as far as I can tell. I am ultrasensitive to cat pee smell so I can assure you I will be spraying everywhere before I actually move in.

The Urine Pooling product worked really well on our carpet that had old, stale urine stains from my cat urinating repeatedly. I used the entire Proklean bottle over a 3ft-square area, and I was surprised that it actually worked through the carpet and padding. I had tried many carpet cleaning products, and enzyme cleaners. The vomit remover performed well. The incident had occurred in my mother's car when she was taking my daughter out for the day. Amazing, can you sell bigger bottles? Anyone that owns a cat should have a bottle on hand just in case, nothing else really works. Woolite, Febreze, Arm & Hammer. they mask the odor for a while but it comes right back. We let a stray on our porch on the cold winter nights and he sprayed and it just wreaked! Once the outside temp got above 45, I sprayed proklean on the grass carpet and wicker furniture one time over.........GONE.

I am an asthmatic living in a home that has four miniature dachshunds and one Chihuahua. With two of them being male, I just didn't realize this problem would have occurred. I just recently used the Super Dog Urine Remover. My breathing has improved at least 115%. This was so easy to apply and it worked in minutes! Even after the mist was dry the smell was still gone. Our couch was highly saturated with cat urine in several spots. I literally had to take the cushions off and coat each one with ProKlean a few times before the smell went away. It took a week for it to dry completely, however the improvement was still drastic! Overall, I am satisfied. We got the Proklean Leather Cleaner for some leather couches that we were given. The people's cats had really done a number on the couches. The lady had tried to clean the couches and had given up, thus giving away the couch and loveseat. After much work and more than 1 bottle of Proklean, the smell is undetectable!! Overall, I'm thrilled with the product. My cat got lonely while we were on vacation and peed all over a leather sofa sleeper and leather chair. We had someone looking in on her every couple of days so it was caught fairly quickly but my neighbor didn't really know what to do - she found some Nature's Miracle in my cupboard and poured that over one spot, but otherwise, it sat for 2 weeks until we got home. It took me another couple weeks to find your product. I've used 4 bottles of the leather cleaner and the sofa and chair are pretty good as are two of the sofa cushions.

The Leather Cleaner performed well. Since we did not actually see what (or if) our cat or another cat urinated on our leather sofa (it was stored in the basement), I was hoping my nose had targeted the right smell. After a couple of applications, the smell is gone. It definitely worked on the leather – the down filling inside the leather is what held the smell the longest. I did not use anything but Proklean, so I cannot compare. However, I did extensive research online to insure I bought the one product that would take the urine smell out. I am satisfied and would use this product again. I will recommend Proklean.

I'm glad you asked about the success I've had with your product. My cat urinated on my sister's leather sofa. We tried Nature's Miracle, a whole gallon in fact, to no avail. The Super Dog Urine Remover worked well for me. I had not been having much luck with Nature’s Miracle – my dog continued to urinate on the carpet. I thoroughly treated every urine spot in my house with the Super Dog Urine Remover using a black light and my dog hasn’t had an “accident” since. After a month or so we are still accident free, I was able to steam clean all my carpet and it appears the scent is still gone – we’ve not had an accident in over 2 months and they used to be weekly.

We love the Proklean products! Our female cat began urinating on our brand new Rooms to Go leather chaise lounge and love seat when we got a new puppy. My husband was quite upset and thought our new furniture was ruined. I did an internet search and found your product. I thought we could give it a try. What did we have to lose? Much to our surprise, the odor and staining was 75% better. We called customer support to order another bottle and ask questions about other Proklean products. Adam was so helpful and provided us with excellent service. After a second application of the leather cleaner and the addition of the urine pooling product, the love seat is back to show room condition. I have three cats, the newest one, Chloe, who we adopted from the SPCA last year, has a problem being left alone for extended periods of time. I had caught her urinating in the hallway after I had been away for a week in October and thought I had cleaned the spot thoroughly. We were gone 2 weeks back in December and had friends stay at the house in hopes that Chloe wouldn't misbehave.

About a month after returning from vacation, I noticed the strong smell of cat urine while sitting in the family room. I located the source, which was a large area in the hallway where I had caught Chloe urinating before. A friend recommended baking soda, but that didn't work, Chloe and possibly the other two cats as well continued to urinate on top of it. I then proceeded to shampoo the carpet, but that didn't work. I went to Petsmart and purchased a product called Stink Free, but after using the product the urine smell was still there. We blocked off the hallway, and I started my search online and found your product.

Anyway, to make a long story short, the smell is much better. Definite improvement. I purchased a couple more bottles of each product.

My three cats for some reason had started using my king size pillow-top bed as a toilet. I had several large stains on my bed, and the smell was intolerable. I tried several different cleaners, and odor removers. They just blended with the urine, making the smell even worse.

I found the ProKlean website through a Yahoo search, and read the positive reviews. I was skeptical that the product would be able to get the smell out. It just seemed too dug in. I was going to toss the mattress, but I bought some ProKlean as a last resort.

I purchased the Professional cat urine cleaner, and the Professional mattress cleaner. We used the Super Cat Urine Remover first. It could not have worked better! The directions said it may not work on mattress that can't be flipped, but it took the smell of the urine AND the cleaning products out of the mattress.

After that I hit the stains with the Super Mattress Cleaner. It cleaned the stains with no odor.

My mattress looks great, and smells like nothing (which is what a mattress should smell like). No more cats in my bedroom.

I ordered this for my sister because she was given a beautiful leather couch, but the downfall was that a cat had urinated on the couch and it stunk. We read through your testimonials online and decided that we were going to try you first instead of wasting time and money on other products that probably wouldn't work in the first place.

After using the first bottle of ProKlean my sister was very impressed, but she didn't use a black light until the bottle was almost gone. When she used the black light she discovered there were still spots that needed to be sprayed again. She said the smell is definitely 90% better.

With one more bottle of ProKlean I think she will have a beautiful leather couch that doesn't have the order of urine. I would highly recommend ProKlean over any other brand. Why waste time and money on products that don't work?

First of all, thank you for asking for my feedback. I don't think I have ever bought anything online before that actually cared what I thought of their product! I purchased the Urine Pooling product because of a problem that has been reoccurring in the same spots on the only carpet in my house (the basement).

I have used so many different products that have done nothing to remove the smell. Get Serious, Spot shot, Rug Doctor Pet Odor Cleaner, a Carpet Cleaner (the actual machine), a few other "odor removers" from the pet store and Feliway to keep her from going back.

Nothing worked. Everything still has that urine smell under the perfumes they left. I've been desperate! She is one of two cats that I have had since they were 4 weeks old, and I could never get myself to give her up.

Anyway, I used the first bottle of the Urine Pooling solution on spots that I had treated with other products, and a spot that I found hidden that hadn't been touch with anything, even water. Immediately! the pure urine spot was free of smell. Not a trace of urine, or perfumes. It smelled like water on the carpet.

They are still in the process of drying. I have re-ordered to keep bottles on hand because I know how well it works.

We bought a new house. We did not notice the "odors" until after the closing. (The windows had now been closed for a while and the odors were not obvious.) Even with the black light, I could not locate a specific spot where there had to have been urine in the bedroom.

Personally, I believe that one of the elderly owners before us may have had a medical condition. I believe the rug had been shampooed and the urine had been spread around the rug and dispersed. However, you could still smell it. So I sprayed the entire traffic area with the Urine Pooling Product and sure enough! No more odor! This is unbelievable to me..............especially since I couldn't really locate a concentrated area.

We are so happy to be rid of that odor. We quickly bought a used couch and loveseat for the living room. It was quite pretty in low light, but if you sit in it you could smell the smoke from cigarettes. No Problem! Well, it did take a lot of effort to spray all parts of the furniture, but the smell is gone........thanks to the Car Upholstery Cleaner. I no longer worry about someone coming to my house who can not tolerate the smell of smoke.

Hello there, I did experience some very positive results with the Leather Cleaner product. The majority of the odor has been eliminated from my leather sofa. There are two spots on the base of the sofa and the corner area of one of the cushions that I can't seem to completely get the smell out (and I ran out of cleaner.) I think the challenge there is that there are a lot of folds in the leather at those points, so it will take a little more tenacity to get it out. I will order another bottle, as well as some for a fabric area we discovered when using the backlight. That was a very helpful tip, that led us to another piece of furniture our bad kitty nailed. I really appreciate all the support and detailed directions, which I used to the letter.

We LOVE your product !! We have 2 dogs and tried just about everything out there that claimed they would remove not only any stain but the urine smell, none did. A woman at work that has 5 dogs referred me to your website and told me it's not cheap, but well worth every penny because it will get the job done. I ordered one bottle, tried the black light tip on the website to find ALL of the spots that we didn't know existed, and sprayed on the Urine Pooling product. You can actually sit and watch in about 1-2 minutes time watching under the black light and see the stain disappear !!! We have never seen anything like this, we re-ordered right away, I don't ever want to run out of this product, it's the difference of our dogs becoming "outside" dogs now that we can fix any "accidents" that happen inside.

Glad you asked me, because I LOVE it!! My mom passed away of brain tumor cancer 1 yr. ago, and I had to move in with my dad(78) to help him. They never had animals here, and my mom was fussy about her carpets, old or new.

I like to entertain, and cook for friends, and someone is always coming for a meal. The large rug my dog lies on is near the door, where everyone comes in. She is old, and has incontinence problems, and the smell is so overbearing throughout this small house. (I also have asthma, and really notice bad smells).

I use a steam vac constantly, but everything I have tried does not remove the odor at all. (have tried at least one dozen different cleaning products) I was so desperate when I saw your site, but was still skeptical. (they all say they remove deep down odors).

Anyway, my budget right now is tight, and I was wondering if you ever sell it in gallon size? I would love to buy a larger amount, as I plan to use it frequently. Either way, I will be getting more when I can, as I don't want to be without it. We have many old rugs here, and they could all use that product!

The second time he piddled in the same place I used something from the vet, and then Nature’s Miracle.

It only took a couple days for it to arrive, I didn't really know where the urine smell was coming from. It seemed like it was right at the baseboard of the basement carpet, so there wasn't really a stain there. I just sprayed it on and really didn't do anything else. I didn't do the towel thing described online and the smell has gone away. I will definitely keep the product on hand in case we get the odors back, but so far so good!! My cat was upset that my boyfriend’s leather coat was in his bed, so he urinated on it. I received the Urine Pooling and the Vomit Remover within 3 days of when they were mailed from ProKlean.

One of my two cats had urinated on a brand new mattress. I had used white vinegar diluted in water to remove it. The smell of vinegar remained, and the mattress still had a stain. I looked on the Internet to find a more effective product after using the vinegar. After having read the testimonials of people who had used ProKlean products, I was convinced it was the answer to my situation. I used the Urine Pooling on the mattress, followed the directions, and once the product dried, there was no stain and the smell of vinegar vanished. I was relieved that it came clean, since I was having company stay with me the following week and needed to use that mattress. My visitor did not complain of any smell or stain on the mattress, but commented on how comfortable the new bed was.

Another of my cats had frequent vomiting, and caused the rugs to become stained. I used table salt diluted in water to clean up the residual vomit. It was not effective in getting the rugs clean. I tried the Vomit Remover, which took the stains right up. I like the fact that there isn't a strong perfume smell in the products, and that they are safe around household pets.

The SDUR worked wonderfully! It took blotting 5 times to get rid of the odor, but it did!!! And even professional carpet cleaners couldn’t knock out the odor. The test was today – it’s raining and I can always detect the scent of urine when it rains. Unnoticeable!!! I have tried Spot Shot, Bissell Oxy Kick, Regular Bissell Steam cleaner, and Zep Pet Stain Remover. The professional carpet cleaner was Dalworth (in the Dallas Forth Worth area) – they come out and steam clean your carpet. I didn’t get their pet odor service, though. Spot Shot and Bissell Oxy Kick got the stain out but not the odor. I think it took about 3 or so days to arrive. I’ve already told a few people about it. I’ll be sure to share.

I had used Nature's Miracle, Simple Solution, Get Serious, done the soap vinegar baking thing and the urine smell was still there. I did a search and found the Planet Urine web site, it was a big glitzy bright colored ad. I called them up and ordered their package $ 99.00, included was a brush, soil pre release spray, urine out powder, smells no more and no pee spray after all that other stuff. It was a long tiring process, brush in the spray, brush in the powder wait 24 to 48 hrs then use a shop vac. I called them up and they said to use more spray and powder and leave it down longer, so I ordered more stuff, because they said it could take 5 or 6 times of all this, so more money. I spent a total of $157.00, lots of time energy and sweating and still urine odor. This was over a period of 3 and a half months. the powder still looks like its still in the carpet. I performed another search and found ProKlean, I ordered 1 bottle of the Urine Pooling. I sprayed it in and now I cannot smell any urine on the carpet and the pad, I had the carpet pulled back. I cannot believe how easy it was, I'm very impressed simple affordable and the shipping is very quick. I'm ordering 2 more bottles to have on hand and to show my friends how great it is. This truly is a product for pet owners that is simple affordable does the job and doesn't need a big glitzy ad for their products. I purchased your Blood Remover to remove caked in Blood Stains in our Mattress because we put in a claim for a new one under Warranty. For those of you who don't know, Manufactures of Mattresses will void your Warranty if your Mattress is stained. After letting the product soak in for a while I washed the comforter in the washing machine. Then I dried it in a dryer with a couple of tennis balls (to prevent the down in the comforter from getting bunched up) - and the result was beautiful! I apologize for the delay in response - you know how hectic life can be!! I would like to share a quick story about my cat, and how I came to ordering ProKlean.

My cat Shadow has been my baby for 13 years, and in his "elderly" state he has become a bit senile (my husband seems to think he's spiteful, but I know it's just age) and from time to time will "pop a squat" on the carpet to tinkle. He has a tendency of doing this when we're asleep or in another room where we won't discover him - actually, we usually find out he's done it after we start to smell it. As I'm sure you probably know, this is not only too late most of the time, but the smell is overwhelming.

We tried EVERYTHING and nothing seemed to work. That's when I hit the web and found you guys. The product arrived within 48 hours, and I must admit that I was skeptical, especially when it came to the directions. I thought, "put a wet towel on it? What the hexx for???" But, I shrugged my shoulders and gave it a whirl. To my amazement (and disgust) that towel was covered in stinky orangish spots. I then mustered up the courage to stick my face right up to the carpet and take a whiff - and, OH MY GOD the smell was gone!!! I treated that spot about a month ago, and the smell has not returned!!! THANK YOU!! I work with Adopt A Saint Bernard Rescue of So Calif. A couple of weeks ago I picked up a saint Bernard at a shelter. We were on a jammed Los Angeles freeway, when I heard what sounded like a waterfall in my back seat! Not only was the traffic bumper to bumper but it was also 100 degrees out. The urine had about 45 minutes to soak into the cloth seat and bake in the sun! After dropping him off at the veterinary hospital, I went immediately to Pet Smart and bought a gallon of Nature's Miracle and a gallon of Get Serious. I always swore by Nature's Miracle, but it did nothing to remove the smell. It actually smelled like something dead in my car. I was ready to go to the dealer and have the back seat replaced. I got on the internet and saw Super Big Dog Urine Remover. Well, it was a super big dog that peed in my car, what did I have to lose??

Thank you for writing. As I sit at the computer, the offending cat is cuddled in my lap and she is forgiven because we know it's possible to clean up after her when she acts out. The product arrived within 4 or 5 business days...maybe less.

It's really amazing how the urine seems to peel off on to the towel. Immediately after a recent soiling (we practically saw her do it!), I used ProKlean on the down comforter and popped it in the wash. It came out better than the times I've sent it to the dry cleaners for $50! I think it is cheaper than cat behavior therapy...which she probably also needs, any ideas on kitty shrinks? Seriously, thanks for helping to make it a bit easier to love our cat.

It seemed to work well - it certainly removed the stain and the odor is gone as far as I can smell, but my cat did pee on my bed again, so perhaps my cat can still smell the trace of the urine (or maybe he just likes to frustrate me). We had a cat that was marking all over a new expensive sofa a couple of years ago. In the process he also marked a new suit of mine which I haven’t been able to wear for all of this time. I placed an order for another product online that was one of those bio-chemical creations that over time would make the odor disappear with an active enzyme, from what I recall. Well, it didn’t faze my suit and I used up two bottles of the product trying to make the sofa less offensive. After two years it still lingered.

Your ProKlean arrived promptly as advertised, and I didn’t even wait to properly read the instructions. I was so interested in what it might do to my (now old) Pierre Cardin suit and sprayed all areas that reeked of the old cat urine. As soon as it dried, I put it on and went to work with it. Any trace of the offensive smell was gone!

I am thoroughly amazed with the performance of your product. I still have another bottle ready for any other items that have been retired so that I can use your magic on everything that we saved.

I have nearly white carpeting. The odor from the cat urine was awful. The product worked! It only took one cleaning and the smell was gone. I was really impressed. I have an expensive Hoover carpet cleaner with multiple brushes, etc. and all it did was discolor my carpeting and I used a special Hoover deodorizer for animals and it didn't work at all. What ever is in your product cut right through it and took the smell away without just covering it up. I gave a bottle to my parents as well and I'm sure it will work for them.

“Hi Cathy....in a nutshell...this stuff saved my cat's life!!! My ten year old cat was disgruntled over the new kitten in town and peed twice during the night on my $4500.00 couch! I thought I would stroke. Knowing nothing I have ever done before took the smell out, I got on the internet and found your product. It came in 2 days from California to Florida. I sprayed straight on my couch in the affected areas and it totally obliterated the cat urine odor. I was ecstatic! My couch was saved! I ordered two more bottles right away to have on hand. “This product was incredible! It worked like nothing else I've ever tried. Even on areas that had been soiled repeatedly over the years, it cleaned the stain and the smell. I put my face right on the carpet and could not smell any urine odor. I've told my cat-owner friends about it, and plan to order more to keep around. An extra bonus was that the cat who does the soiling seemed to dislike the scent of the cleaner (although it is not at all unpleasant to me) and stayed away from the areas that had been cleaned (at least for a while). I spray it occasionally now in the areas where she usually goes to try to keep her away. I'm sure I'll be ordering more.”

I found ProKlean after trying several other mass market products that not only failed to remove urine smells, but were also so perfumed that it made the smells twice as bad... kind of like walking into a really old hospital. ProKlean was the answer I was waiting for. It not only removed the urine smell, but also the lingering perfume smells from the other products. It also works beautifully on fecal accidents. “I have several rooms that needed to be treated for dog urine odor. It took 2 bottles of Urine Pooling to treat one room (8X10 foot area). The odor was substantially lessened by your product. I have ordered 4 more bottles to take care of the remaining areas and to retreat the previously treated location. This product is being applied directly to a wood floor after the damaged carpeting was removed. Carpeting will be used to cover this area once the odor problem has been resolved."

I have been using Nature's Miracle for years, but this stuff (dog urine remover), works faster and better -- great for getting out stains, but also seems to quickly neutralize remaining old odors very quickly. Not as pungent as the supermarket odor neutralizers, and my dogs don't react to it. I will be purchasing more, and will definitely tell all my dog-owner friends.”
